Rights of the persons concerned
Right of access
At any time, in accordance with Article 15 GDPR, you will be able to access copies of personal data processed and stored by us free of charge.
This right of access includes information about the purpose of the processing, the categories of personal data processed, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed, the period for which the personal data will be stored (where possible) or if this is not possible, the criteria for defining this period, the existence of the right to modify or delete personal data relating to you. or to limit processing by third parties or to object to such processing, the existence of a right of appeal to a regulatory authority and, if the data were not collected from you, all available information on the origin of the data and the existence of any automated decision making, including profiling, in accordance with Article 22(1) and (4) and - at least in these cases - convincing information on the logic involved and the intended effects of such processing.
You also have the right to request information about the communication of your personal data to third parties or to an international organisation and what are the appropriate safeguards regarding such communication.
Right to rectification
You also have the right to request immediate rectification of any inaccurate personal data relating to you. In addition, you have the right to request the completion of any incomplete personal data, taking into account the purpose of their processing.
Right to erasure
You also have the right, in accordance with Article 17 GDPR, to request the immediate erasure of data relating to you stored by us if one of the following conditions exists: personal data have been collected for purposes or otherwise processed in a way for which they are no longer needed; you withdraw your consent, on which the processing is based, in accordance with Article 6 paragraph. 1 of the GDPR or with Article 9, paragraph 2 of the GDPR and there are no other compelling legal grounds for processing; you lodge an objection against processing in accordance with Article 21, paragraph 1 of the GDPR and there are no compelling legal grounds for processing or if you lodge an objection against processing in accordance with Article 21, paragraph 2 of the GDPR; personal data have been unlawfully processed; erasure of personal data is necessary to comply with a legal obligation under European Union law or the law of the Member States to which we are a party; personal data have been collected in connection with information society services in accordance with Art. 8 para. 1.
If we have disclosed personal data to the public and we are obliged to delete it in accordance with Article 17(1) of the GDPR, we will take the necessary steps to inform the other responsible parties processing the disclosed personal data that you have requested the deletion of all links to this personal data, as well as any copy or replication.
Right to restrict processing
You have the right under Article 18 GDPR to request restriction of the processing of your personal data if one of the following conditions exists: the accuracy of the personal data is contested by you and indeed for a period that allows us to verify the accuracy of the personal data given; the processing is unlawful and you have been informed that the processing is unlawful. you refuse the erasure of the personal data, requesting instead that the use of such personal data be restricted; we no longer request personal data for the purpose of the processing, however you request it for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims or if you have lodged a complaint against the processing in accordance with Article 21(1), as long as it remains to be determined whether the legitimate reasons put forward by our company outweigh yours.
Right to data portability
You will be able to request, in accordance with Article 20 GDPR, at any time that any of your data, which you have provided to us, be published in a common and machine-readable format. In addition, you have the right to communicate these data to another responsible person without any obstruction on our part if the processing is based on consent in accordance with Article 6(1). 1 of the GDPR or Article 9, paragraph 2 of the GDPR or on a contract in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) and the processing is carried out by an automated procedure, if the processing is not necessary for the performance of a task assigned to us carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority.
You may also request that personal data stored by us on your instructions be forwarded to another responsible party, as long as this is technically feasible and does not thereby compromise the rights or freedoms of other persons.
Right to object
You have the right, in accordance with Article 20 GDPR, for reasons arising from your particular situation, to object to the processing of your personal data if the processing complies with Article 6 (1) e or f of the GDPR. This also applies to any profile based on these provisions.
In the event of an objection, we will stop processing personal data, unless we can prove legitimate grounds for processing that override your interests, rights and freedoms or if the processing supports the enforcement, exercise or defence of legal claims.
Where we process your data for the purposes of direct marketing, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of such marketing; this also applies to profiling insofar as it is associated with this type of direct marketing. If you object to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of direct advertising, we will stop processing your personal data for these purposes.
You have the right, on grounds arising from your particular situation, to object to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of research or historical research or statistics in accordance with Article 89(1) of the GDPR, unless such processing is necessary for the performance of a public interest purpose.
In connection with the use of information society services and without prejudice to Regulation (EC) No 2002/58, you are free to exercise your right to object through an automated procedure using technical specifications.
Right of revocation
You may withdraw at any time in the future any consent you have given to the processing of your personal data in accordance with Article 7(1)(b) of the Data Protection Directive. 3 GDPR.
Right of confirmation
You have the right to request confirmation that your personal data is being processed.
Right of appeal
In addition, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in accordance with Article 77 GDPR. As a rule, you can contact the supervisory authority at your place of residence, at your place of work or at our company's premises.

The collection of personal data and its transmission to state institutions or authorities entitled to receive such information, is only carried out to the extent required by law and/or if we are obliged to do so as a result of a court order. Our employees and service providers are obliged to respect confidentiality towards us and the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation.
Legal basis for data processing
If you have given your consent for your personal data to be processed for a specific purpose, the processing will be carried out on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. If such processing is necessary to perform or enter into a contract with you, the processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. In some cases, e.g. for the fulfilment of tax obligations, we may be subject to a legal obligation to process personal data. In such cases, the legal grounds are set out in Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR. In rare cases, data may also be processed to protect the vital interests of you or another person. In this exceptional case, the processing is based on Article 6(1)(d) GDPR. Finally, processing may also be based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. This is the case where the processing is intended to protect a legitimate interest for our company or for a third party, as long as these interests are not overridden by your interests, civil rights and fundamental freedoms. Such a legitimate interest can be assumed if you are our customer. If the processing of personal data is based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, our legitimate interest is the performance of our daily business.
Data captured automatically when visiting our websites
When you use our websites, the following data will be stored for organisational and technical reasons: The name of the pages you accessed, the browser you used and the operating system, the date and time of access, the search engines used, the names of the files downloaded and the address.
The information collected is necessary to provide you with valid content on our website. In addition, this technical data is analysed anonymously and for statistical purposes only, in order to continuously optimise our website and to enable us to improve our website design and provide the necessary information to law enforcement authorities for the prosecution of cyber-attacks. This data is stored separately from other personal information about secure systems. Individuals are not identified. Contact options
Due to legal obligations, our website contains information that allows you to quickly contact us electronically and communicate directly with us. This information includes an e-mail address and, if necessary, a contact form. The processing of user data is carried out in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. If you contact us via e-mail or a contact form, the personal data you provide us with will be stored automatically. This data that you have voluntarily provided to us will be used for the purpose of dealing with your request or for efficient contact. This data will not be passed on to third parties.
Deletion and restriction of personal data
We only process personal data of data subjects in accordance with Articles 17 and 18 GDPR for as long as necessary to achieve the underlying purpose or as long as required by the legal obligations governing our organisation. In accordance with legal regulations, personal data will be deleted if no longer required or upon expiry of the legally prescribed period, unless we are legally obliged to retain such data i.e. according to the commercial or tax regulations of the AO or the HGB (German Commercial Code). In these cases, access to the data is restricted.
Automation of the decision-making process
As a responsible organisation, we do not engage in automated decision making or profiling.
Retention period
Personal data will be deleted after the legal retention period has expired, insofar as it is no longer necessary for the performance or initiation of the contract.
Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics; a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). The use includes the Universal Analytics module, which allows data, sessions and interactions across multiple devices to be assigned to a pseudonymous user code and thus analyzes a user's activities across all devices.
