Description
The Drive-in shelving is a pallet rack which exploits all the available space thanks to the elimination of the corridors between shelves.
GREATER CAPACITY AND SAFETY
DRIVE IN has a particular inclined configuration of the rails therefore their is more space in the corridors where goods are handled easier, as well as performing a self-centering function of the pallets in the process of loading them.
The rails are made with high thickness and double folds, increasing the capacity and safety of DRIVE IN, as well as allowing a greater spacing of the hardware, with significant economic benefits. An automatic evolution of the Drive-in is represented by the use of satellites, devices that allow the automation of all the drive-in systems in the warehouse and to maximize the exploitation of the storage volume, thereby increasing the flexibility of the warehouse and simplifying the movement of goods.
Particularly suitable for homogeneous products and large amounts of pallets for each code / destination / client.

SAFETY
Absence of sharp edges.
The uprights feature an exclusive ground-anchor system, which guarantee stronger anchorage for increased safety in seismic conditions.

RESISTANCE TO EXTERNAL AGENTS
Uprights with Z200 galvanized zinc coating, which are better than the market average Z100. This gives maximum protection even on the cutting area thanks to an excellent effect of galvanizing dragging.

COMPETITIVENESS
Great adaptability of the system thanks to the fact that beam connection only requires 50 mm.

Particular shape of the fixing bolt, square head self-locking, for a rapid traverse block in the approach phase of the nut (elastic stop)

Certified quality for our Drive In shelving
Rails
The steel used for the realization of the rails is of 3.1 certificate structural type, S 350gd, with minimum unit yield stress of 350 N / mm2. The product is made from galvanized coils Z200, through profiling.
Uprights
The steel used for the realization of the uprights is 3.1 certificate structural type, S350GD with the addition of Niobium, with minimum unit yield stress of 350 N / mm2. The product is made from galvanized coils, through molding and profiling.
Beams
The steel used for the realization of the beams is 3.1 certificate structural type, S235JR with minimum unit yield stress of 235 N / mm2. The product is obtained from tubular bars, by molding or welding.
Diagonals and Horizontals
The steel used for making diagonals and horizontals is of a certified structural type S250 GD, with a minimum unit yield strength of 250 N/mm2. The product is obtained by galvanized coils through profiling.
Foot plates
The steel used for making the foot plates is of a certified structural type S250 GD, with a minimum unit yield strength of 250 N/mm2. The product is obtained by pickled coils with a pressing process and then galvanizing.
